Order Processing

We process and package all orders within 1–3 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and the current carrier rates. We offer:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shopify automatically selects the lowest real-time rate available.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, before tax).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times are provided directly by the carrier at checkout and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier capacity. All orders include tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide through calculated live rates.
Please note:

  • Customs, duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

  • Tracking is included for all international orders unless otherwise specified by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please email us at support@questiontops.com  so we can assist.
Customers must file a claim with the applicable carrier (USPS or UPS) for reimbursement or resolution. We will help guide you through the process as needed.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
