Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition.

Customized or made-to-order embroidered items may be eligible for return only if defective or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for:

Once we receive the original item, we will ship a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with an embroidery flaw, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us photos and your order number for a fast resolution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take 3–14 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
